Age of Recovery Broadcast Ministries, is a radio and television broadcast ministry founded in 1995. From 1995 - 2000, Rev. Starkey, along with his wife, Minister Fran Starkey, Esq. shared the privilege of producing bible teaching series for radio broadcast. In 1998, Age of Recovery began airing its television broadcast in the Delmarva Peninsula area. Rev. Starkey is known throughout the Delmarva, and Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan region for his dynamic preaching and teaching anointing. Reverend and Minister Starkey have made the home base of their ministry in Salisbury, Maryland.
